The information you share
Centerly uses your name, email, and account details to run your workspace. Your team adds information about your centers, staff, children, and guardians to organize your paperwork. This can include documents, signatures, logs, tasks, and review history. Your center decides what to add.
Who can see your records
Your workspace owner or administrator manages team access. Team members sign in, and their role and assigned centers determine which records they can see or change. Centerly keeps a history of changes and document access for team members who have permission to review it.
Private files and shared copies
Uploaded documents and inspection packets are private. With permission, you can open or download them using a temporary link. Anyone with that link can use it until it expires. You decide how to store and share any copies you download.
Document and signature requests
A person receiving a request can upload a document or sign using its link, without a Centerly account. Anyone with an active request link can open it, so share it only with the intended recipient. Links can expire, and team members with permission can cancel requests.
Payments and staying signed in
Our payment provider handles checkout and payment details. Centerly keeps billing information and subscription status so you can manage your plan. Essential cookies keep you signed in.
Correcting records or changing access
Contact your center’s workspace owner or administrator to correct staff, child, or guardian records, or to change who can see them. For help with a request, contact the center that sent it. Earlier document versions, saved packets, and change history may remain after a record is updated or removed from the current view.
